Secondary flowers: linden, sweet clover
Every mouthful of summer honey, with its fine and delicate taste, offers a true burst of floral flavours. Obtained mainly from the blossoms of white clover, linden, cruciferous plants and raspberry, it also incorporates a myriad of wild flowers that adorn the Upper Laurentians during the month of July.
Its invigorating minty freshness comes from linden nectar. Simply delicious, it goes marvellously well with yogurt, cheese, morning toasts or any homemade meal or treat that could use a bit of sweetening.

Predominant flowers: dandelion, wild cherry tree
Secondary flowers: wild strawberry
Never filtered or heated, raw honey is excellent for the health, because it maintains traces of pollen, propolis, beeswax, original proprieties aromas. Freshly harvested, it is still in a liquid state, but then it crystallizes quickly and unctuously given the absence of heat in the extraction process.
