Description
Harvested at the end of July
Predominant flowers: white clover, brassicas, raspberry
Secondary flowers: linden, sweet clover
Every mouthful of summer honey, with its fine and delicate taste, offers a true burst of floral flavours. Obtained mainly from the blossoms of white clover, linden, cruciferous plants and raspberry, it also incorporates a myriad of wild flowers that adorn the Upper Laurentians during the month of July.
Its invigorating minty freshness comes from linden nectar. Simply delicious, it goes marvellously well with yogurt, cheese, morning toasts or any homemade meal or treat that could use a bit of sweetening.
Taste | Delicate and floral with minty and fruity notes.
