Return and Refund Policy

At Gourmiel, we strive to offer you the highest quality products. However, if a problem arises, we want to ensure that your experience remains positive.

Return period

You have 7 days after receiving your order to report any issues with the quality of our products. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Eligible Products

Only products with a proven quality issue (e.g., damaged product, order error, expired product upon receipt) are eligible for exchange or refund.

Products must be unused or very slightly used (less than 10%) so that we can verify the problem.

Non-refundable products

Taste issues: The taste of certain products, such as royal jelly, may be surprising or considered unpleasant by some people. These cases do not constitute a defect and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.

Excluded fees

Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our part.

Return procedure

1. Contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • A clear photo of the product (if possible)

2. Once we have verified your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning or replacing the product.
