However, if a problem arises, we want to ensure that your experience remains positive.<\/p><p><strong>Return period<\/strong><\/p><p>You have 7 days after receiving your order to report any issues with the quality of our products. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.<\/p><p><strong>Eligible Products<\/strong><\/p><p>Only products with a proven quality issue (e.g., damaged product, order error, expired product upon receipt) are eligible for exchange or refund.<\/p><p>Products must be unused or very slightly used (less than 10%) so that we can verify the problem.<\/p><p><strong>Non-refundable products<\/strong><\/p><p>Taste issues: The taste of certain products, such as royal jelly, may be surprising or considered unpleasant by some people. These cases do not constitute a defect and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.<\/p><p>Products purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.<\/p><p><strong>Excluded fees<\/strong><\/p><p>Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our part.<\/p><p><strong>Return procedure<\/strong><\/p><p>1.
