This wild forest honey is harvested in the forest near Lac-Brome in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. This variety of raw honey contains concentrations of nectar and pollen from some of the most popular medicinal flowers in Quebec, including dandelion, goldenrod, thistle, astrid and other forest flowers unique to the Quebec ecosystem.
Far from urban pollution and always raw, this honey is harvested in an artisanal way with the greatest care. It is cold-extracted and is produced without the use of chemicals or antibiotics (cruelty-free).
